Job Description
- Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring the cultivation of long-term partnerships.
- Spearhead lead generation efforts to identify and engage potential new clients.
- Take charge of account management, maintaining and enhancing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
- Collaborate closely with the core team and founders to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Computer Science or similar areas or equal experience in Sales, IT / Software Sales.
- Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager role or similar, with a focus on B2B enterprise sales.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing diverse client portfolios.
- Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with data analytics and technical product sales is highly desirable.
