Job Description

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of clients, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring the cultivation of long-term partnerships.
  • Spearhead lead generation efforts to identify and engage potential new clients.
  • Take charge of account management, maintaining and enhancing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
  • Collaborate closely with the core team and founders to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business / Sales / Marketing / Computer Science or similar areas or equal experience in Sales, IT / Software Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in a Sales Manager role or similar, with a focus on B2B enterprise sales.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of managing diverse client portfolios.
  • Strong sales acumen, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a hands-on approach to teamwork.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and technical product sales is highly desirable.
