We are assisting a leading technology hub in their search for a dedicated ELV Engineer / Technical Engineer / Technical Support to join their innovative team at a prominent research and development hub in Hong Kong.
Job Description:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, offering solutions for hardware and software issues.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting and basic problem-solving for system, software, hardware, and network challenges.
- Engage in the investigation of production issues and contribute to the enhancement of system operations.
- Perform regular system maintenance and health checks to ensure optimal performance.
- Availability for shift work, including weekends, overnight, and public holidays, is required.
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering or Information Technology.
- At least 1 year experience with ELV (Extra Low Voltage) or Access Control Systems.
- A self-driven and autonomous work ethic.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including outside of standard business hours.
