Job Description:
- Serve as the lead in driving the development and launch of projects.
- Facilitate clear communication between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring customer expectations and requirements are met.
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, maintaining open lines of communication and fostering a spirit of collaboration.
- Develop, oversee, and adjust the project’s timeline, balancing customer needs with internal goals.
- Guarantee that all project outcomes surpass the set objectives, proactively addressing and resolving any issues to ensure success and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a preference for Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronics specializations.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in motivating diverse teams.
- High organizational prowess, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- At least 3 years of experience in Program Management preferably in tech
- Proficient in program management tools and software, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Team-oriented, self-driven, with a keen ability to adhere to deadlines.
- A strong interest in new technologies and innovation, with a quick-learning aptitude.
- Excellent proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
