Job Description
- Provide technical support for Windows 7/8/10 environments, addressing and resolving system issues efficiently.
- Manage PC LAN configurations, ensuring seamless connectivity and network performance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, offering timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement network modifications and upgrades.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance monitoring to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to enhance system security and efficiency.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in proven experience in IT support, particularly with Windows 7/8/10 operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of PC LAN configurations and network management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Familiarity with system maintenance, performance monitoring, and security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
