Job Description:

• Lead the development and maintenance of Java systems for a range of enterprise applications.
• Ensure software development aligns with the firm’s architectural standards across various teams.
• Drive improvements aligned with the technological roadmap of the organization.
• Offer technical leadership throughout the complete project lifecycle, utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team.
• Design, execute, and report on comprehensive application testing plans (both functional and non-functional).
• Overcome obstacles in Agile processes and practices to enhance team effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in software development within the financial sector.
• Experience in IPO services and Share Registry services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Java, especially Spring or Spring Boot frameworks, along with Azure, Rest APIs, and any relational database management system.
• Expertise in React, HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, Axios, and Immutable.js.
• In-depth understanding of SDLC, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, Kubernetes, and both Monolithic and Microservice architectures.
