We are assisting a leading technology firm in finding a skilled Customer Success Manager to join their team.

Job Description:

  • Identify new opportunities and foster referenceable customer relationships.
  • Engage with resources to support existing OpenAI/Generative AI implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase renewal revenue throughout the customer journey.
  • Define success metrics with customers and manage software adoption to exceed expectations.
  • Gather requirements for new and ongoing projects, documenting Customer Success Plans.
  • Monitor Customer Success metrics and provide insights.
  • Understand and promote OpenAI API with Generative AI/LLM products.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Information Technology) or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in sales, business partner relationship development, or technical roles in the technology industry.
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High degree of self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving customer issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success software tools is a plus
