Job Description:
- Identify new opportunities and foster referenceable customer relationships.
- Engage with resources to support existing OpenAI/Generative AI implementations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase renewal revenue throughout the customer journey.
- Define success metrics with customers and manage software adoption to exceed expectations.
- Gather requirements for new and ongoing projects, documenting Customer Success Plans.
- Monitor Customer Success metrics and provide insights.
- Understand and promote OpenAI API with Generative AI/LLM products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Information Technology) or related field.
- 7 years of experience in sales, business partner relationship development, or technical roles in the technology industry.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High degree of self-motivation, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving customer issues.
- Familiarity with CRM and customer success software tools is a plus
