Job Description: As a Change Manager specializing in Digital Transformation, you will be pivotal in guiding in-house organizations through significant digital changes. Your role will focus on managing change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions, and enhancing the adoption of new technologies and IT processes. Collaborate with various teams to align transformation strategies with business goals.
- Lead change management initiatives for internal digital transformation projects.
- Develop and implement change management plans, including communication and training strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments to understand the effects of digital changes on the organization.
- Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support technology adoption.
- Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices for change management in digital contexts.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in change management, with a focus on digital transformation.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication in Chinese and English
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus but not required.
