We are a fast growing and young IT Recruitment Startup. To cope with the expansion, we are currently looking for a flexible, self-motivated and bright Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the team in data entry, office administration, Appointment scheduling, e-mail follow-up with candidates / clients to ensure candidate’s satisfaction.
- Handle Payroll administration and liaise with contractors on renewal matters.
- Perform Ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle general clerical duties and office administration.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel.
- At least 2 years of experiences working as a team secretary, sales support, office admin or customer service domain such as hospitality, airline etc.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility, team player.
- Candidates from event management, customer service, airline or hospitality looking to change into admin or HR fields are welcome.
