Job Description:
- Serve as the pivotal Business Analyst within the digitalization initiative.
- Gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring smooth data flow across systems and creating detailed business requirement documents.
- Perform in-depth data analysis, conduct feasibility studies, and assess potential impacts on existing systems.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including fund managers and administrators, to define data requirements.
- Act as the liaison among consultants, the data engineering team, and internal departments to resolve data issues and implement feedback effectively.
- Develop and prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases.
- Oversee internal business teams regarding project scope, final outputs, and support during the UAT phase.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in project coordination within the banking, finance, or fund management sectors. Prior exposure to investment funds will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial and investment data analysis.
- Experience with data platform development and investment management systems is desirable.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Chinese.
- A strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of managing business users effectively.
